Many depressed persons of unknown reasons, are increasing in numbers during Covid time. There are many studies on the effect of long holidays or long lock down influence on depression. Routines on working or school days vs. holidays are quite different that changing patterns of routines is the cause which stress the body and mental condition. Most are spending the holidays in the irregular manner which lead to depression. The degree of depression depends individually on the degree of unhealthy activity.
