Nowadays, public places, education and work places moral harassment are escalating and stressful behaviors are growing by the following reasons.

Abilities gap
Gender gap
Race and culture gap
Attribution gap
Perception gap
Attitude gap
Wealth gap
Opportunity gap

All the gaps are due to the personal childhood lead by poor parenting household environmental influences.
Though these disparities are severe, there are less focus and highlight to this issue. Even there are very few counteraction. What does it mean? We are spoiling our own species into the negative spirals…

A child grown up in the neglected society could have higher probability in becoming the poor behavior employee which could lead to the consecutive poor performances.

The six important employee behaviors examples are employee productivity, absenteeism, turnover, organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction, and workplace misbehavior.

Passive behavior is characterized by putting other people’s needs before their own, at the expense of their selfishness.

It is expressed in a timid and weak manner. In the end, with passive behavior, they will not achieve their desired goal.

The feelings often associated with passive behavior include hurt, anxious, and delayed anger which rooted strongly in the isolated childhood.

Behavior is largely a product of its immediate environment.
Behavior is strengthened or weakened by its consequences.
Behavior ultimately responds better to positive than to negative consequences.
Whether a behavior has been punished or reinforced is known only by the course of that behavior in the future.

No clarity in moral reform big project.
Depend heavily on the uncertain hidden reality kind of reports in bullying which end up without having any clues despite there are many evidences.
Need courage to lead the bold anti immoral activities which could lose supporters by the opponents.
Less passion in humans reform than the economy.
Less humility to persuade the responsible identities into behavior reform action.

The most important qualities of a good leader include integrity, accountability, empathy, humility, resilience, vision, influence, and positivity.

Management is about persuading people to do things they do not want to do, while leadership is about inspiring people to do things they never thought they could.

But, they just cut off poor behavior or spoil them by leaving without action
rather than retrain the behavior or reform the moral education.
